Peter Ruffing

"After proposing on the scoreboard of a collegiate football game, nothing really scares me anymore."

In his days as a marketing and sales manager for numerous properties, Peter Ruffing has really done it all. From boxing and freezing a (literal) ton of snow, to dressing like a naval orange for team motivation - whatever it takes to make your ideas come to life, our vision engagement officer is ready to make it happen.

Peter-but please, call him Pete-has marketed close to one billion dollars in new home sales since his illustrious career began just 25 short years ago. Known for his fun-loving personality, Pete knows how to have a great time while getting down to business. Having spent most of his marketing career in Indiana, this Haslett High School graduate is pumped to be back in Lansing, helping bring visions to reality.

While Pete claims he's never karaoked (even after several beers in a deserted Ludington bar), his favorite saying is "this ain't no disco," from The Talking Heads song "Life During Wartime." Certainly it is not a disco ... with multiple recognitions for his sale volumes and even a sales manager of the year award from the National Association of Home Builders, Pete knows how to roll up his sleeves and put his nose to the grindstone.

So, does your company have a vision (and gosh, we sure hope it does) ... then give ol' Pete a ring and let the only region's VEO go to work for you. In the mean time, he'll be in the kitchen whipping up a German chocolate cake.
