You can ask our team concierge for fresh towels and a chocolate on your pillow, rest assured Julia will go to great lengths to make it happen, (and that's saying a lot, because we don't even stock towels). This administrator's can-do attitude makes organization a breeze and tracking down the nits and nats of our office a cinch.
With 25-plus years in office administration, this Lansing Community College grad takes everything "office" to the next level. You ask her to water the flowers, and she'll plant a garden; you ask her to make the morning coffee and she'll serve it on a silver platter in a stainless steel carafe, (no joke, she seriously does these things). Because for Julia, it's all about the details.
Be wise to the strong, silent type behind the big desk — this cavity-free forty-something will definitely take you by surprise when you least expect it. With a wide range of interests you can chat it up with Julia about most anything, just make sure you give her enough time to answer the phones — they're ringing off the hook these days, but she's all over it.
With a great deal of personal accomplishments including a marathon in Bermuda and Elvis Presley concert attendee ('75 baby!) Julia's worldly knowledge is a true asset. With a grand deal of talents and tricks up her long sleeve, you never know what you're going to get from her friendly face on the first-floor — except dedication, outstanding secretarial support and oodles of process and procedure.

- Has held fab careers that span from banking, years in real estate and many moons as the office manager to Michigan's most prominent golf course architect. Rungs in her ladder move from entry level to executive, and she has managed projects at the local, state, government and even military command.
- Involved in community organizations, including: Arthritis Foundation fundraiser, animal fundraisers, Ele's Place, Big Brother/Big Sister, and environmental associations
- Loves rottweilers and English bull dogs, growing annuals and perennials, skeet shooting, target shooting, bass fishing, pontoon rides and balancing my saving accounts
