#MeetMichigan with @m3_group

Lansing Agency to Be the First to Tweet from All 83 Counties in Michigan

Lansing ----- Hold on to your hats; Motion Marketing & Media (@m3_group) is embarking upon a two-week adventure. Our goal? Visit all 83 counties in Michigan to showcase the state's tourism and business opportunities through the use of social media.

With all the buzz surrounding Michigan's tourism, economic development and an upswing in business, @m3_group wants to check it out and spread the positivity to the rest of the nation. So, we're loading up the company van with snacks, breaking out the SPF 15 and letting our social media accounts do the talking as we Tweet, Facebook and blog on the two-week trip.

M3's intrepid Special PRops crew (pictured left), comprised of four born-and-bred Michiganders, will visit businesses, restaurants, community events and popular tourist spots to show how social media can have an impact on business, tourism and even the perception of the state.

Our goals are simple: promote Michigan tourism, encourage buying locally, demonstrate the power of social media to put local destinations (great and small) on the map and showcase the positive economic atmosphere that is turning Michigan around.
