Greater Lansing Chefs Serve Up Hope at the 2011 March of Dimes Signature Chefs Auction

WHEN: Monday, November 7th, 2011 from 5:30-8 p.m.

WHERE: Kellogg Center Michigan State University East Lansing, Mich.

DETAILS: Save the date for the 2011 Signature Chefs Auction as the March of Dimes and some of Lansing's most esteemed chefs serve up heaping helpings of hope. On Nov. 7, more than 20 chefs from local restaurants, catering companies and country clubs will dish out some of Lansing's finest fare, all for a good cause.

In addition to delicious cuisine, guests will also enjoy silent and live auctions, entertainment, beverages and more, with a chance to bid on beautiful jewelry, must-have kitchen accessories and even getaway vacations. All proceeds from the event benefit March of Dimes research
and advocacy programs to help babies get a healthy head-start.

"The auction is going to be amazing this year," said Tiffany Dowling, committee chair for the Signature Chefs Auction and chief conversation starter and president of Motion Marketing & Media in downtown Lansing. "Last year's event was a huge success, but we're hoping to raise even more
money for mid-Michigan babies in need."
