Details: Since its launch in 2010, the Society of Environmentally Responsible Facilities (SERF) has certified five major buildings in Lansing, including the Downtown YMCA, Lansing City Market, Lansing Center, the Marshall Street Armory and the Stadium District. SERF has also certified 27 other buildings across Mich., Fla., S. C., N. C. and Texas.

Now Cooley Law School Stadium is catching the wave of environmental responsibility, helping to shape the revitalization of downtown Lansing and earning their SERF certification.
