Our Process

Under the roof at 614 Seymour, we don’t just work for our clients — we become our clients. We immerse our team in the client’s way of life: your challenges are our challenges; your opportunities are our opportunities. And we’ll stop at nothing to reach every goal imaginable. Well, every goal in the world of advertising, marketing and PR, anyway.

So how do we do it? We’ll let you in on a part of our secret, (if we told you the whole thing, we’d have to lock you in the basement for 17 years … and we wouldn’t want that now, would we?).

The almighty handshake

Getting to know you and the biz you’re in is always the first step. You want a meeting? You got it. You need us to come tour your facility? Absolutely! You want our team to fly out to Los Angeles and chill with your peeps on the beach? No questions asked — we’re there! To move your business forward, we have to walk your walk and talk your talk.

Let's get real

Every great relationship has, at one point, had to ask, “Where is this going?” At M3 we’re not afraid to ask that question, and hear the answer straight from your lips. What are your goals? What’s your pie-in-the-sky dream for your company? Where are we today and where do we want to be in one year from now? Five years from now? Heck, tomorrow? Then, we make it happen …

Ideation and storms in our brain

(The ideating and brainstorming process knowledge belongs only to those inside. This is top secret stuff. To get inside give us a buzz.)

Plan, plan, plan

After some serious consideration to our goals, our ideas, and the ever-illusive budget, we form a plan together. Without a good plan, we’re not going anywhere (especially not forward). This typically includes several POAs (plans of action) and numerous ways your business can successfully reach its goals — we love options here, and we suspect you do as well. And after you select the right combination of advertising, marketing and PR ingredients we head to the kitchen (no really, by this point we’re getting hungry).

Lights, camera, aha!

You may have heard something about this “aha moment” at M3. Well, this is typically the point where they start to happen for clients. Maybe it’s a new customer responding to your advertising, a positive story in the news featuring your company, or some off-the-wall marketing epiphany. But it doesn’t stop here; we want more aha moments for you and your company. So let’s keep the conversation going … we promise, there’s much more where this came from.
